With Christmas fast approaching, all of us at Cefn Hengoed wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.
It has been a long Autumn term, but one with many highlights. It was wonderful to return to Manor Park for a hugely successful Awards Evening. The turnout was incredible.
This week is another busy week with Year 11 attending a Taster Day at Gower College Swansea on Tuesday. We are certain that they will enjoy this key event in their transition from Cefn Hengoed.
It is important that you send your child to school every day of this week as our teachers will be setting meaningful challenging work. Attendance is critically important to academic success and we do not want your child falling behind.
As always, we will be thinking of you all over the two week holiday. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any issues or queries.
